This chastity device is a two piece cock and ball restraint made out of metal.

A cock ring that fits behind the balls and a wire cage that encloses and contains the cock.

The cage is applied by placing the testicles through the ring so that it fits behind them.
Then the cock is placed inside the wire cage.
Two pins connect the cage to the ring.
